At BONTUTU, each costume is handmade and often custom-made. Because of the personalized nature of our work, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for custom tutu costumes.

If your order arrives damaged or significantly different from the agreed design, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can review the issue and work toward a fair solution.

Please note that fit issues caused by incorrect or inaccurate measurements provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
